Can I upload my own contacts?
Yes, all contacts added to your Network are accessesible to the Share my story function in Composer. Unsubscribing contacts are removed from your contact lists.
How long is the service commitment period?
A Viral story has no minimum service commitment period. Agency account is invoiced every six months and can be cancelled from within Dashboard.
What is Impact?
Impact is the platform currency. Its calculated using algorithms comparing Network attraction, publishing continuity, reader traffic and social media mentions.
Is Traffic boost included in stories posted using Agency account?
Agency account comes with unlimited stories. Traffic boosts are not included by default in Agency but are offered as an extra €100 add-on service in a popup prior to story approval in Composer.
Is there any limit how many contacts I can share my stories with?
There is no limit, but contacts who receive too many notifications tend to unsubscribe. Readers can unsubscribe for specific Authors. Fewer but more specific communications tailored for a specific contact list is usually the better approach.
How do I know my stories will reach the correct Infleuncers?
In Agency you can create and arrange Contact lists by yourself. Story tags, Subject and Content are used as keys for finding suitable contacts from the Influencer database.
What is your way of achieveing social media mentions?
The key to successfull Social media mentions is quality of content, relevance and timing.
How do I upgrade my account to Agency?
Go to Dashboard and click your profile name. In the summary sentence your current Impact is listed along with an option link to upgrade account.
Why can't I buy Traffic boost from within Dashboard?
You can only buy Traffic boost as an Agency user.
